Refund Policy

Our custom legal documents and the support services we offer rely on information supplied to us by 
customers.  Customers are responsible for providing accurate information such as the correct spelling of 
names, dates, addresses, and narrative facts. 
 
Nevertheless, we recognize that mistakes may be made, and that grammatical errors may sometimes 
appear in draft documents.  Princeton Paralegal will make every effort to ensure that your final product 
is free of error.  Draft documents will be provided for your review, editorial comment and approval.   
Thereafter, customers will receive final versions of the documents ordered.
 
Customers should be aware that once documents are ordered, payment processed, and work 
commenced, refunds are limited to the total payment less reasonable transaction fees and fees for labor 
already expended.  If a refund is claimed, customers will receive an invoice detailing work performed 
together with a statement indicating the balance remaining for refund along with a check in payment of 
the excess account balance.
 
How to Claim a Refund:
All claims for refunds must be received by Princeton Paralegal within 10 days of the date of your order.
To claim a refund, or to stop work on a project, customers should call 609-751-4848 or e-mail the
